About the Workshop 

 

 Students are led through weeks of a hands-on glimpse of communications jobs by local professionals in the areas of print/multimedia, broadcast media, public relations and photojournalism. Each Saturday consists of a group session of discussing fundamentals, followed by afternoon session with a professional mentor. There is also be a trip the University of Missouri, Columbia campus. There are no fees for this workshop and lunch will be provided each day. The workshop is open to each grade level.
